I do love this place, but they don’t know how to make a cortado. It’s meant to be 1:1 ratio of espresso to milk (so the small cup is half full of espresso and half full of milk)
I was given 1:3 ratio, too little espresso & too much milk, basically a small flat white.

On St. Patrick's day, Myself and our family of 4 went in for a coffee after the parade. There was 1 table for 2 available and another table of 4 had one person sitting at it, no coffee/beverage etc in front of them, they had earpods in and a notepad in front of them. We asked a member of staff would it possible to swap tables, she asked the woman that was sitting if it was possible to move, and she refused! the member of staff then informed us that the woman sitting at the table of 4 was the assistant manger. So we approached the woman explained that we are regular customers and would she mind moving but the assistant manager of the store point blank refused and we had to take our busniess elsewhere. While this was going on another woman asked if she could sit at one of the free chairs and she told her no!! It was absolutely disgraceful!
